I believe I was having a discussion with you, regular G, about New Yorker comics, and how all of them could have a universal caption, that being “Shut the F**k Up!” I’ve turned that one on it’s head a little, and chose 5 random New Yorker punchlines to be in each box. Edit: I think the 4th panel should be blank, so I just chose 4.
Panel 1: This next one is a sad little blues tune about love and pain that I wrote before I started taking Celexa.
Panel 2: I’d love to stay, but I have a million lonely ritualistic things I need to do.
Panel 3: There’s a twenty in it for you if you just keep moving.
Panel 5: Make that a double, and give one to the old bitch at the end of the bar.
I also think this could be funny with a Cathy or a Nancy cartoon (either putting NYer cartoon captions into those strips, or replacing your blank dialog with Nancy or Cathy’s musings).
